I live on the Oregon Coast, so it rains and is dark a LOT. Especially in the woods. The limited daylight can trigger a natural response to slow down and rest, much like hibernating animals. Bodies can respond to the absence of sunlight and the longer periods of darkness. #nap #slowlife #gentlelife
