Munich Airport cargo volumes rise above pre-crisis levels in 2025 Air freight accounted for 340,000 tonnes of the total cargo handled during the year

#MunichAirport recorded a rise in cargo throughput in 2025, with total volumes reaching 341,000 tonnes, based on preliminary traffic results. This compares with 311,091 tonnes handled in 2024, representing a year-on-year increase of 9.5 per cent.
