IANAL but these stupid rant posts look like a pretty thin basis for a charge. More significant is the revealed fact that the Texas Fusion Center appears to be searching/filtering Bluesky posts to generate charges against critics of the admin— for this one, using #gestapedo seemed to do it. Sheesh.
