Shoutout to #GloFiber (Shentel Communications) for outstanding customer service today! Yard contractor accidentally severed our cable. GloFiber tech was out here within two hours and we're back online already. Love GloFiber's commitment to their customers. Absolutely stellar.

The #Internet & Cable in my neck of the woods has been going off constantly again for reasons unknown since this evening.

I wish Shentel would fully wire all of #FrederickCountyMD for their #GloFiber internet & TV service.

Anyone use #glofiber? I’m on like hour 12 of service being offline with no ETA for a fix. Is this common?
