Global Project Oasis | Latin America | Media cases from Mexico and Cuba Abraham Torres, ambassador of SembraMedia's community in Mexico, highlights two media success stories: Escenario Tlaxcala (Mexico) and ElToque (cuba). Escenario Tlaxcala, initially an internet radio station, transitioned to a news portal in 2017, growing through direct ads and grants, and launching Ingenius Lab, a content and marketing agency that now accounts for 95% of their revenue. They're soon launching El Círculo, a sustainability project that blends audience engagement with editorial content. ElToque is an example of how even in exile, media leaders are building new revenue sources.
