For a couple of years I ran #GlobalSPED Chat on the other place. I'd just returned from mentoring teachers in #Bangladesh and I wanted to stay in touch with them.
It turned into a hub for special ed and new teachers. I'd do these "mentor teacher" tips that eventually turned into my blog for PSU.
I haven't posted much on the other place. IT KILLS ME to walk away from the circle of teachers #GlobalSPED created on the other place...but...almost my entire feed changed and mostly I was seeing was right wing propaganda-almost None of my teacher friends.

For years I did a weekly (then monthly) slow chat called #GlobalSped that had teachers joining from all over the world. All of those chats are alive in my twitter feed and deleting them is deleting a network of teachers.
But...just can't listen to the hate in there. Such ugliness.
