This is a lot better than I expected. I was never a Bing Crosby fan, or Marion Davies. But they are really pulling this together, and Ned Sparks and the rest of the cast filling in well. Its all frothy mess but fun. Blackface still an insult tho.

As game as #MarionDavies is, #GoingHollywood is a bit of a tough watch. The unusually flat Donald Ogden Stewart script, casual racism, uninspired choreography, and dated jokes are a lot to overcome. Raoul Walsh does his best to keep everything moving, but he was not a musical director. #TCMParty
