Grand Prairie lands Modine manufacturing plant; company to receive state sales-tax incentives, project to add up to 1,000 jobs City staff announced that Modine Manufacturing will open a large HVAC manufacturing facility at 2100 Refugee Way in 2026. Under a state enterprise zone designation the company will be eligible for sales-and-use tax rebates; city staff and economic development officials said the project is expected to grow to about 1,000 jobs over time.
