Grand River Transit is pretty good, but jeez their website payment services stink.

After 3 rounds of broken EasyGO auto-reload, customer service suggested deleting payment info, & re-adding.

Looking at my CC statement, I see I somehow paid refill amount three times. 👍😒

Arriving at Kitchener, I wanted to find 21308 and 21326, 2 special wrap #GrandRiverTransit buses; but 21326 went out of service and 21308 switched routes as I arrived, how unfortunate!

I did fulfill a different goal though... but what? See the next post! 👀
