I’ve always loved sci-fip, and one of the scariest ideas was the #GrayGoo ending of the world. My favorite game, Horizon, starts after a similar apocalypse. Both only lightly mention the collapse of society from twisted reality, ethics, humanity from propaganda/marketing that led to those events.
Last Four were in the order I watched them: SWAT (oof, 1 star), Olympus Has Fallen (oof, 1 star), Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 (oof, 1 star, and I didn’t even finish it; dreadful), then Captain America the First Avenger, 4 stars and a sigh of relief 😅

So, given that it’s therefore nearly impossible to film an actual baby, if you still decide a baby needs to be in your movie (and Franklin Richards is central to First Steps in every possible sense, and only to its detriment, I would argue), it’s almost certainly going to be an awful, little, uncanny gremlin, and this is definitely not the first time we’ve seen this before, film fans. Matt Shakman just is reliably funny. Even WandaVision was, like, really funny and interesting in parts… and then rhe #Marvel #Slopcess took over, and the back third of that show was #MCU #GrayGoo… as was most of this #movie I think, except the humor and character/acting moments
I thought it was REALLY funny & I REALLY liked the relationship b/w the characters & their portrayals.
Which might sound like an endorsement. But… yeah, I think all the substantive stuff was hollow & meh &… kinda… #GrayGoo.
