Yesterday’s Green Chances session was another uplifting day for our veteran community. We caught up over a much‑needed coffee, welcomed some brilliant new faces, and spent time getting creative and hands‑on outdoors.

Every Wednesday 10am–12pm, our Green Chances group meets to learn new skills, connect, and enjoy our outdoor space.

We’ve now completed 4 beautiful planters ready for our upcoming plant sale. The bench is almost finished, and our bird feeding table is nearly ready.

We’re excited to share that great progress is being made on the Veteran's second bench! All the wood has now been measured and shaped, the legs have already been painted, and we’re aiming to apply the final coats and assemble everything soon.

This Monday, the incredible veterans from Green Chances took a trip to Hollywood Bowl. From friendly competition to shared laughter, it was a great reminder of the power of community and connection.
