Focus on ensuring the panels and conduits for leads go up first. The meters should be required to be #GreenPHY so they talk directly to #EVcharger which gatekeeps the giant battery in the vehicle.

Vehicle integration with house panel ( #V2H) needs to be mandatory so fossil generators augment that.

Honestly what's really required is input on the technology standards and acquisitions.

Small provinces need to build up skills & suppliers who know open standards like #PoweroverEthernet, #GreenPHY, #Qijin/#Naxtra, #RVA23, #PostgreSQL, #ZLUDA and of course #Linux #ATprotocol #Mastodon #Mediawiki.
