Greengages (Prunus sp.) are our main crop at community wildlife site, in the Herts/N London golfbelt. We are now in the last bit of the harvest: 'shake and pick up'. When picking last week I noticed one of the leaves was galled with what looks like Eriophyes similis -- mite. #galls #Greengages
