The lie here by Tony Blair, is that the system is good, and people just made mistakes. But the system is not good and his government can take a fair amount of the blame for it not being good.

As #GrenfellReport is published: the gov's refusal to implement biomonitoring for victims is galling. Argument is that samples would need to be taken before the disaster to be of use, which is nonsense. Comparable ones could be taken from other areas....
