On Saturday, the Louisiana Democrats managed to not only hold on to a Trump+13 seat in #HD60, but they also managed to outperform their 2024 margins here by nearly 40 points!

This district south of Baton Rouge saw Democrat Chasity Martinez defeat Republican Brad Daigle by 24%.

But it had been zooming right on the prez level (Obama won it twice!), and GOP Gov. Jeff Landry won it by 24.
