Sen Patty Lewis(D) mentions the Senate Hearing on #HJR73 that took place a couple of weeks ago. With less than 24 hours notice, over 150 Missourians showed up to testify in opposition. Only FIVE people showed up in support. It’s worth noting that of those 5, 4 were lobbyists and 1 is a GOP candidate

The Missouri Senate has taken up #HJR73 for third read and final passage. This is the MO GOP’s last ditch effort to overturn Amendment 3, which eliminated MO’s abortion ban. 1,538,659 Missourians spoke loud and clear in our passage of Amendment 3 in November. #MoLeg
