A dinner bowl filled with a tangle of golden veggie Hakka noodles and a couple of lollipop chicken, slathered in garnet coloured Sichuan sauce.

Timing was a bit wonky -- an hour before dinner and by the time we ended (chatting!) I was so hungry. Craved veggie hakka noodles and lollipop chicken. My usual spot was closed (Tuesdays!) so I drove out to Hem's. Num
