Happy #WorldMentalHealthDay! #ToGodBeTheGlory for my mental health. A key way God blesses me to do so is through exercise. This year, I started Pilates. Today, I took my 130th class at #HarlemPilates. That blessed me to venture out&take a cycling class last month at #HarlemCycle.
