Hartford council approves consent items, schedules public hearings on property sales and tenant-relocation ordinance At its Dec. 8 meeting, the Hartford Court of Common Council approved minutes and a consent calendar that included appointments and a proposed 2.6-megawatt fuel-cell power purchase agreement for city property at 84 Edward Street. The council referred a proposed sale of three properties to the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving and set public hearings for Dec. 15, 2025 and Jan. 20, 2026.
