Disability Hub MN - HealthPartners Inspire SNBC Changes On April 1, 2025, HealthPartners will no longer offer their Special Needs BasicCare (SNBC) non-integrated program called “Inspire”.

#DisabilityHubMN reports that #HealthPartners discontinued its non-integrated Special Needs BasicCare (#SNBC) program, Inspire, effective March 31, 2025. As a result, affected Minnesota enrollees were transitioned to either Hennepin Health or Medical Assistance Fee-For-Service.
