T3. Start with field testing a Minimum Executable/Viable Package, not the whole pack. Reduce intake friction for the use case scenario. Ex, instead of a ten point checklist reduce it to shorter 3 item checklist. get feedback particularly on constraints. #Healthxph

Beta test a Min Executable package first. See how it works and then revise test iterate next. Key is reduce friction for the intake. #Healthxph

Confidence and convenience. That should be the target for offering patients integrated services for preventive health for a truly patient-centered approach #healthXPH

T3 Integrated care works when it meets people where they are—simple, inclusive, and ready to act. Because better health outcomes don’t start with awareness alone, but with access people can use right away. #HealthXPH

T3. People usually get help if they experience things first hand, or if a family member has a condition they'll seek help for. If there are informative pamphlets in places where people gather, and they are guaranteed absolute confidentiality on availing screening services, it'll help. #healthxph

T3 Awareness is step one, not the finish line. Behavior changes when services are immediate and easy—on-site screening, simple sign-ups, and clear next steps. Reduce friction, and people act. #HealthXPH

Moving on to T3. Most medical missions settle for public health lectures due to cost constraints. How do we move beyond just awareness to actually trigger behavioral change to improve health-seeking behavior? #HealthXPH knowledge is not enough.

Yes, that's why research on health-seeking behaviors regardless of specialty is still relevant. Our training and expertise wouldnt be any use if patients delay access to service due to poor attitudes #HealthXPH

Let's just hope that Philhealth YAKAP reimburses healthcare providers for EACH SERVICE to incentivize integration of these services in a single visit. #HealthXPH

T2 Inclusion starts with anatomy- and risk-based care, not assumptions. That means offering cervical, HIV, and reproductive screening based on need—while using inclusive language, respectful intake forms, and trained staff. #HealthXPH

T2. I don’t know what are current integrated screening protocols are for women but I’m sure since its implementation, feedback monitoring data should be helpful in designing the next step or adress issues. #Healthxph

T2. Inclusivity is a given, but more people would avail of the services if they were confident in their knowledge to seek help. A familiarity and conversation about these screening protocols is surely the way to getting people whether they be transgender/non-binary/sex workers, to avail. #healthxph

Unless ofcourse reimbursement can be done for EVERY SERVICE provided instead of per clinic visits? #healthXPH that's an idea for Philhealth YAKAP. to schedule appointments so that patients can receive integrated health screenings annually. separate from clinics for those with medical complaints.

We only have one body so we struggle to keep it healthy. Our annual physical exam and health screening should be as comprehensive as it can be. This year we even added neuropsych evaluation to the list. #HealthXPH
