State office seeks community-led extreme-heat projects; Round 2 funding pending Prop 4 rules The Governor’s Office of Land Use and Climate Innovation outlined the Stream Healing/Extreme Heat Community Resilience program, said round 1 awarded $32 million across 45 grants, and announced at least $22.5 million allocated for round 2 subject to Proposition 4 rulemaking.
