They both told their friends & none of them wanted to hear it or take it serious... Life doesn't only revolve around them. Heesu is Heesu, Seungwon is Seungwon & the others are also their own person. If Heesu & Seungwon can respect them, they should do the same.

All Heesu wanted was some time & for his friends to understand he doesn't function the way they do. Instead CY made it all about him, like always, & his bruised ego... The fact Heesu couldn't open up to him up till now is partly because of CY being CY.
