Medical Specialty. EMT: You can restore an ally's entire HP during combat. Both you and your patient must forfeit the remainder of your Actions for the round. Plastic Surgeon: You can drastically change someone's physical appearance. Toxicology: Your are completely immune to poison and disease and can treat poisons without equipment.
Medical Specialty is the pinnacle Trick for the Medicine skill. As a capstone it gives you incredible power, with each specialty feeling very distinct from the others. This is one of the capstone Tricks I am most proud of.

Nondescript. You can choose to present yourself as forgettable, and unremarkable to a stranger. The target will not remember your name, or what you look like, outside of the vaguest details. They will also forget everything you told them in the past 10 seconds before invoking this Trick. If they are purposefully trying to memorize your appearance to recall later, you can contest their skill check with your Subterfuge skill. There is no limit to how many times a day you can use this Trick, but only 1 person is affected each time.
Heliosail has plenty of Tricks that help in combat, but it also has a lot meant to help you solve problems in a less confrontational way. Nondescript is potentially very powerful.
