As Senior Director at the LoveYourBrain Foundation, she has developed and scaled evidence-based programs that integrate mindfulness, yoga, and breathwork into the recovery process for individuals affected by traumatic brain injury and their caregivers. With a doctorate in public health and extensive experience as a Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS) and Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT), Kyla’s approach is rooted in both scientific rigor and deep empathy. Her work is informed by research, guided by lived experience, and driven by the belief that healing is not just physical, but emotional and spiritual as well.
