The trunk of a large tree lies prostate. Rangers cut it to make the trail passable. A small bush with bright green leaves grows next to the log. The clouds in the sky above have begun to break up, revealing a brilliant blue firmament.
The stone masonry remains of... something. It might have been a pillar?
The top of a massive tree stump. A grid of carved lines covers the surface. Dried leaves have settled on it. A fissure in the surface hold rainwater from last night.
The reservoir is very low right now. This rocky and muddy beach is usually submerged. A dilapidated wooden dock rests on the ground just next to the shore.

Dirt trail through the woods. The undergrowth still has bright green and red leaves, but the trees ate bare. The overcast sky makes the color of the leaves pop.
Eagle Creek reservoir through bare trees. Lots of brown oak leaves litter the ground.
Among the young trees, a lean-to that someone built out of branches, on a bed of dried leaves.
The trail passes over a small stone bridge.
