#Homeaglow fiasco extended.
They're now saying I'm contractually obligated to pay them for 6 months of membership $60/month even after I told them to cancel it & I will NOT be using their services.
Their applications are purposely misleading & hide these membership fees.
The BBB complaint is filed.
#HomeAGlow is a scam and I'm pissed at myself for falling for it in my time of need. In month two of six, my cleaner didn't even show up or call. She was great last month. Fuck me. I suck at life.
NEVER use #Homeaglow
-I scheduled 1 cleaner for 3 hrs in Dec. They sent 2 & double billed me.
-Then they said they had to leave early because I asked for 1 but they sent 2.
-Then they auto scheduled another apt for 1 Jan. I cancelled it in advance. They still billed me $60.
I filed a BBB complaint.
I was able to cancel #HomeAGlow without the $170 penalty. Though, I also had to cancel recurring cleanings, as well. Maybe I am now finally done with this service. It made me have to go to a food bank. truthinadvertising.org/articles/the...
with the news talking about food drives, I decided to start going to food banks to help with expenses. Ever since I got into a 6 month contract with #HomeAGlow, I've been struggling to pay rent. It was supposed to be $19 a month, but housecleaning is actually $160 a month.

The level of rage I feel every time this #homeaglow ad comes on. The glee that hag has proclaiming she fired someone.
Someone from #Homeaglow cleaned my home, today, but she arrived over an hour late. All she did was clean some of my bathroom and remove spider webs. There's still gunk on the wall of my bathtub / shower. And this is going to cost over $100, but was advertised as costing $19.

Exactly. we also were shaking our heads first time seeing that #commercial and thought exactly the same , a #loyalhousekeeper fired ? Just to pay 19.00 , not a very nice message sent to loyal housekeepers . Shame on you #homeaglow 😡
