A fun #homelab update - while my server to NAS has a 10Gb network connection, my desktop PC to network did not. I picked up a used X710-DA2 based NIC, (2) Wiitek 10Gb SFP+ modules and connected it over Cat6 to a Ubiquity aggregation switch.
9.41 Gbits/sec for sending and receiving using iperf3
running your own server in 2026 is not nerd stuff.
