No. Texas is rigged.
Two solid decades of MAGA voter immigration will keep Texas Red. This followed a decade of Blue voter immigration to Austin, so the #hopium is strong, but tragically inaccurate.
Swing voters are highly mythical.
The only #hopium I see in Texas is a shift in the Hispanic vote, and Talarico is going to help that.
But it won't be enough. And cynically, I'll add that the election systems are under total MAGA criminal control.
