BOROWITZ REPORT 3/18/26
MILLER TO CLEAR PUT STRAITS OF HORMUZ
WASHINGTON (The Borowitz Report)—Claiming he does not need the
help of “those sad NATO losers,” on Wednesday Donald Trump said he
was sending Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller to the Strait of
Hormuz.
“No one clears d place out faster than Stephen,” Trump said. “It's his
superpower.”
Though expressing confidence in Miller's effectiveness as a human
repellent, Trump disclosed that he had a backup plan.
“1 will put my name, Donald J. Trump, on the Strait of Hormuz,” he
declared. "That emptied out the Kennedy Center very rapidly and very
powerfully.”

PERSIAN GULF—In what is being called an unfortunate incident, the
whereabouts of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas and his wife,
Ginni, were unknown on Saturday after a superyacht carrying them on a
luxury cruise strayed into the Strait of Hormuz.
Reportedly, the ship's owner, Republican superdonor Harland Dorrinson,
was busy advising Justice Thomas how to vote on upcoming Court cases
and failed to notice that the vessel had drifted off course.
In Washington, the wife of fellow justice Samuel Alito paid homage to the
Thomases by lowering her QAnon flag to half-staff.
At the White House, Donald Trump appeared to take the Thomases’ mishap
in stride, telling reporters, “It is what it is.”

RETIRED FRENCH ADMIRAL SAYS SENDING SHIPS THROUGH HORMUZ
SUICIDAL
While a few Iranian ships are traversing the strait, they are the only ones.
Retired French vice admiral Pascal Ausseur told the Associated Press: “In
today’s context, sending warships or civilian vessels into the Strait of
Hormuz would be suicidal,” adding that a ceasefire with Iran “would move
the situation from suicidal to dangerous.” At that point, escorts of oil
vessels by military ships could begin.
