Midnight - 1 am Finally eating my dinner. Yes. past midnight. And playing Marvel Snap, And losing. Dog is waiting for treats. I am also aware that there's a pile of old wrappers and food scraps and peels behind me and it SMELLS. I haven't taken my trash out in a bit. I promised dog that Sunday will be a cleaning day.

COUCH TIME! Daily ocurrence in which I watch tiktoks for a bit and show her birds and stuff And the dog is the absolute menace bullying me for more belly rubs >:-(

Feeb, thinking: [I had this crazy dream where my friend got kidnapped… should I check up on him?] As Feeb gets up, Yiro stretches up to grab Feeb’s arm and attention. Yiro, purring: [You’re awake! Let’s play!!] Feeb, sleepily: [Lemme plug in my phone first.] Feeb sits on the couch, flicking Yiro’s ribbon, while her phone charges from 19% 8 AM: SCREENTIME Feeb scrolls through social media posts, one saying “we’re cooked” and the next, “it’s over.” Feeb: [Hm.] Two blueberry breakfast bars, labelled, sit on their opened wrapper. One is partially bit. Feeb draws on his iPad, with Sabrina Carpenter stuck in his head. A low opacity doodle of the singer hovers in the background. Note: [(I watched her muppet guest appearance very recently.)]

a comic. ?? am: annoying dog on my bed... well, as long as he doesnt bother me (i am sleeping). 8am: dog is bothering me >:( 9am: woken up by a repeating noise? too sleepy to identify what it is. (sound was "dog barking") bigger dog wants to go outside and is barking. i am sleepy and let him out. i'll feed the dogs since im up. then i tumble back to bed. 10am: sleepily discussing plans about our multiplayer factorio game. my friend says "nuclear power!" i go back to sleep. zzz. the dog is back again. 11am: dad phone call. he is also being accosted by dog (the dog is sleeping on his chest). 12pm: okay time to actually start my day. eating leftovers. doing the dishes... scrub the water bottles or else!!! 1pm: cleaning my messy desk! i stand with my hands on my hips next to a messy desk. still 1pm: vacuuming my floor (dog fur on it). then got tired and laid down in bed again. stuff from my desk is on my bed. 2-6pm: lets play deadlock!!! the games were awful... our team got so gamer mad at us. i am sad mcginnis and my friend is sad rem. 6-8pm: watched rush hour (1998) with friends. what if i watched police story again... 8pm-12am: factorio!! replacing steel furnaces with electric furnaces. organizing conveyor belts. crashing my car into every tree & pipeline

23h (11 pm). I'm honestly just standing in a white void for this one. "Oh yeah", I realise, "I guess I should take a lesson from all this, huh?" I ponder. "Uuuh what did I learn today? Hyenas are pretty cool; they get a bad rap. Luck is totally real; you can't know Fire and not believe in it. GO VOTE!!; keeps away the fascists! But most importantly:" and I point my index finger right toward the reader, "never underestimate comic artists. They will kick your butt." The frame pans away from me, and I wave. "For now, goodbye. See you next Hourly Comic Day. (Maybe. If my hand's stopped hurting by then.)" THE END!!

22h (10 pm). I panic. "Oh I completely forgot today's Wordle!!" Enzo and I got into the habit of racing Wordle. They weren't there, but I still tried to get it faster (which I did >:) ). I look at my victorious game (HOURS, CABIN, REBEL, EMBED) with a mischievous grin. I discuss it on call with Baba. "You know", I comment, "I can totally see Fire guessing EMBER right before EMBED." I pause. Quickly, I look up Fire's game. It's just EMBER, EMBED. "How do you do this", I ask her. Fire simply shrugs.

21h (9 pm). For dinner we have THINGS. "Things" is what we call a bunch of loose sandwich ingredients, basically. There is bread, cheese, paio (like a thinly-sliced sausage), scrambled eggs with bacon and some really long crackers. The TV shows the electoral results, which Left-Wing Guy having won 66.7% of the vote and the vast majority of municipalities. "Left-Wing Guy beat the record set in 1991 to become the most-voted candidate in Portuguese democracy", the anchor announces. I take a bit out of one of the really long crackers, but it breaks much further from my mouth than I had expected.

20h (8 pm). My dad points out the screen of his computer, which shows a countdown. "Oh, look! The ballots are about to close in the Azores." When the countdown ends, the projection announced is "Left-Wing Guy WINS". My dad smiles; I cheer. As we turn to each other, I proclaim that "we all knew this would happen."

18h to 19h (6 to 7 pm, don't). The entire comic is just me grooving along to several Weird Al songs in different ways. I feel very emotional and a single tear slides down my cheek as I recite the attractions the family have visited in "The Biggest Ball of Twine in Minnesota". I furiously shake my head as I listen to "You Make Me". I feel very groovy as I hear the initial, Spanish-language part of "Taco Grande". I wildly wiggle my tongue as I desperately attempt to sing the bridge of "Hardware Store".

17h (5 pm). I sit at my drawing tablet. "Finally home to make hourlies. I should be done in a jiffy!" I think. The frame moves back, to show me drawing the previous panel. Then further, until a full comic is visible, showing scenes of me enjoying such activities as: slipping on a banana peel; driving off a cliff; and going to space. The final panel shows me faceplanting on the drawing tablet. This is way harder than I thought.

16h (4 pm). "Second Round of Presidential Election Day", a graphic reads, as I lie down in front of it brandishing a vote. I walk up to the voting table and hand them my ID; they look up my name on their binders. In the booth, I consider my options: "left-wing guy, seems okay" and "racist fascist POS". I stare at the viewer as I insert my ballot in the box.

A nature documentary plays on TV. "The leopard and the hyena join forces in an unlikely alliance and work together to hunt at night," the narration explains, as the image shows them cooperating to catch an impala. Later, the leopard is on top of a tree while the hyena confronts some foes on the ground below; "as the leopard is sieged on a tree by a pack of wild dogs, the hyena distracts them so it may escape." My grandmum interjects, standing by me as I sit on an armchair. "Oh dear", she says, "how can you watch this? Hyenas are evil, evil beasts. Do you know how I know?" A close-up of her face. 14h (2 pm). Lunch at Grandmum's, a Sunday classic. My dad, my mum, my grandmum and I are all sitting around the dinner table, eating spaghetti and steak. A close-up of the pot reveals that she made both black and white spaghetti, for some reason. As we're chatting, I very smartly immediately blurt out a quip about politics. Everyone ignores me, and my mum and grandmum instead start arguing over the finale of MasterChef Portugal (which aired the previous night).

1h (1 am). I work at my drawing tablet on some unseen project, and I look exhausted. "This is the only art thing I've worked on for days now..." I think. "I NEED to do something else."
