My Cauderini has a parasite or something on his first back fin. He keeps near to the cleaning shrimp 🦐 but nothing seems to happen 🤔

Hi there! I’m a nano reef taker of an 80 liter tank since 2005 and currently thinking of getting an up to 200 liter tank this year, as the risk of a leaking silicone gets too high 🙈.
