#howtousebluesky Lesson #5 - try and make alt text a habit when posting images. You can use AI to generate it but when you get the hang of it, it's easy. If others forget don't publicly chastise them. No one gets points for snitching. We all forget from time to time, it's habit and intention.

#howtousebluesky Lesson #4 - When you first start off, normalise following more people than are following you. If you care about the amount of people who follow you, engage and be part of conversations. You'll get more out of BS if you actually talk to others.

#howtousebluesky Lesson #3 - in your following feed, check conversations first before jumping in. You're allowed to interject and contribute but be mindful. Read the room.

#howtousebluesky Lesson #2 - if you don't like being blocked, or of a sensitive disposition, avoid looking at ClearSky. You can see who has blocked you. You're more than likely going to find out you're on an auto block list, it's not personal, it's just BlueSky.

#howtousebluesky Lesson #1 - if someone disagrees with you, be gracious and try to be an adult. You can have some good debates without resorting to belittling and insulting them.
