After shrugging off his pack mate’s concerns, Monte lights a cigar and begins transforming into Pete. He can’t resist lighting another, and another, soon holding four in his mouth at once as he grows and transforms. His pack mate returns to find the Alpha completely Pete-ified, and is quickly overwhelmed and zonked by the smoke. By the end he’s replaced the many cigars with one massive stogie.
