Transportation subcommittees report multiple bills on driver education, highway safety and rest-area human-trafficking signage Subcommittees of the Transportation Committee reported favorably on several Senate bills, including measures to require driver instruction for new 18–21-year-old license applicants, add human-trafficking information to interstate rest-area notices, and permit voluntary DMV contributions to a highway-safety fund; votes were recorded on each measure.
