Another #kungfu pilgrimage was made to Lam Cho #HungKuen school in North Point.
We worked Iron Wire (鐵線拳) with grandmaster Michael Goodwin (San Fran), under the watchful eye of grandmaster Simon Lam, Chun-chung who also helped many with their tournament sets. What a treat!
