#Depression mixed with #anxiety is an ugly, disgusting feeling. Even the 40 milligrams of #Prozac doesn’t seem to help anymore. I’m going to take two #Hydroxyzine pills and I’m going to bed. Hopefully it knocks me out. I have a #therapy session in the morning at 8 am. 😵‍💫😒
