(the US) Public wants museums to be neutral, musuems are not neutral...
Relevance is the key here for young people. They may trust, but don't see museums as relevant to them...

UNESCOS's position is for inclusion, capacity building and training. Needs to be human-centred. AI needs to depict the world in all of its entirety, beyond stereotypes, especially indigenous language and knowledge
