8 years ago, the 1st of many #SonicIDW issues were released. I love this comic book continuation. While it's not perfect. I've been enjoying reading them, and I love the new characters they introduced, such as Tangle, Whisper, Surge, and Kit. I look forward to more #IDWSonic adventures to come.

In Sonic IDW Comics Issue #61. While trapped in a crystal tomb of fake Chaos Emeralds overwhelming him. Shadow The Hedgehog tells Silver The Hedgehog that he's fine and to leave without him as his efforts are of no use, making Silver mad.

In Sonic The Hedgehog IDW Comics Issue #17, after hearing ongoing Zombot Apocalypse. Charmy Bee and Espio The Chameleon are concerned that the Zombots could attack their city. But Vector The Crocodile isn't worried and tells Team Chaotix to worry about their next client. Who could appear at any second. Just then, a Zombot kicks the door open.

In Classic Sonic IDW comics Fang The Hunter mini series Issue #3, Tails Prower The Fox invents a machine that will help him and Sonic The Hedgehog track down a new mystery ship. When Sonic asks how it works and Tails goes into great detail about it until he notices that Sonic doesn't understand what he's saying. So he simplies it to where Sonic can understand. Sonic is eager to leave, but then gets all dramatic when Tails says that he needs to install it in their airplane called The Tornado.
