Lord Vertigo (aka Dr. Starline) holds a metal mask with red eyesight. He is wearing a yellow ornate uniform with gold trimmings and has a cybernetic eyepatch and a part of the helmet with a holder for a monocle for his still organic right eye.

In an AU for a Sonic TTRPG, Starline did survive his ordeal in IDW 50, though not with injuries to his own body, after Dr.Eggman's ultimate betrayal. He went underground to form a new identity and emerged as Lord Vertigo.
