Southwest updated its Privacy Policy this morning. The new policy allows it to track your internet habits while on board and to share that data with whomever it chooses.

App error telling me I'm offline.

Chrome prompt to "access other devices on your local network." Typically I would never allow that. But ding so prevents the portal from working.

The portal, once connected, knows who I am and that my fare includes WiFi so one click gets me online.

Some trouble getting online, a mix of user error and confusing system behavior.

Initially the app and the website both reported as offline. Turns out the Breeze implementation of the @viasat.com #IFEC system *requires* a funky browser permission. Once I reset that a single click to connect.

Twice in recent weeks airline CEOs cited very bad reasoning to reject Starlink as an IFC provider.
