Dismal showing for Irish 7s teams in Perth this weekend. Combined 0 for 6 in pool phase tho I'd like to give a caveat for the #IreW7s in their final match against showed a lot of fight and should've had Brazil def should've had 🟨 at end of 1st half.
Good 5th place finish for the #IREW7s at the #Singapore7s and the #IREM7s are through to the final against NZL kicking off at 11:21am.

Decent end to the comp for the #IREW7s as they avenged an earlier defeat to GB with a 17-5 win to pick up some vital series points, 2 tries for Parsons and one for ALMC.
#IREW7s fell 14-24 to AUS in QFs of Cape Town 7s but I tell you what we gave them a game two superb Parsons tries keeping the top seeds honest. Pretty sure we're now in 5th place playoff game.

Massive win for #IREM7s in Cape Town defeating the host Blitzboks 14-12 with two Gavin Mullin tries and yet another bout of absolutely ferocious defending. Their "reward", a QF against NZL but still we've every chance the way we're playing. #IREW7s also through to QFs they play AUS tomorrow.
