Later on day 1, #Gozo came up against #Shetland in Group B at the KGS ll in Kirkwall. Shetland had more than enough chances to win it, especially in the first half, but the game finished scoreless. A penalty shoot-out was held for placing purposes, which Gozo won 4:3

Last teaching day of term for me today (2 days of packing up school ahead of the #IslandGames to go). Some lovely kind handmade cards & thoughtful gifts from pupils & families. This made me smile though, one child who has told her family "she loves cheese" so I got a boxed cheeseboard 🥰😂🧀 #Cheese
