Anybody remember 9-10 years ago when trans bathroom bills first started gaining traction, and #WeJustNeedToPee became a viral hashtag? And then cis allies started posting #IllGoWithYou? I feel like even that small amount of allyship is more than a lot of people are willing to engage in these days.

Trans bathroom laws are about body policing, not women's safety. You can't enforce the rule without examining women's genitals. In practice, the rule targets women (cis or trans) who don't look "feminine" enough. This does not make women safe.
