Landscape format. A view of the River Thames, taken from the viewing area near Imperial Retail Park. Three cranes on the left, on Imperial Wharf. The cranes are reflected in the water. To the right, Tilbury Docks, across the river. In the far background, Northfleet, the town adjoining Gravesend. It is grey and overcast and while this is a colout photo, very little colour is visible. Since the picture was taken, 29 January 2012, the cranes have been removed and the wharf now serves a bitumen terminal. Samsung NX100 with 20-50mm f/3.5-5.6 ED lens.
