Some 2 pound Indian club swings to make sure everything gets moved a bit in the joints then a bunch of squats and leg raises.

Heckin’ right! My actual Indians clubs are coming today. I’ll still use my steel club for strength, my all my warm up and mobility will go to the Indian clubs. I’m probably more pumped than I should be!

Elbow is still feeling a bit off, but it is a strength #calisthenics day so not a lot of rotational force on it. I'm going to throw in some steel club swings for some joint warm ups. Apparently Indian clubs are different from what I showed in my last post.
