This appears to be were-tiger(in human form) wearing a jean jack and blue jeans with a black tank-top shirt under the jacket. The sleeves(and pants legs) are torn off at certain lengths to better show the more "tiger-like" parts of his body. his "fur" has a white-with-black-stripes pattern. He also seems fairly calm with his smile, dark grey eyes, and black hair.
This is my Avatar/PNGTuber Design... Well, a rough draft version of it so far. I have more outfits planned for him, but this is my 1st outfit for him.

Tigerman is an orange tiger themed NetNavi used by a Kung-Fu movie fan. While mostly humanoid, he does have claws, ears, and a tail(not shown). His chip performs a 5-hit claw combo with each hit dealing the listed damage. Due to his claws and combat skills, he is considered "Sword" element. This is my main "Fan-Navi".
