Day 31- Sunlight: October **, 20** A Toreador drags her Nosferatu friend to a local art museum for a "date night". Amongst the many professional and student works on display, there is a singular dark room constructed in the corner of the gallery that emits a faint light. The two Kindred enter the room and are left stunned by the sight in front of them. A large canvas with a detailed rendering of the sun hangs on the wall, with nothing else around it save for a backlight propped behind it to give it an eerily realistic glow. The two of them stare silently at the artwork for a moment, until one speaks up. "I, uh, guess this is as close as we'll ever get to... seeing it again." "Yeah..." "Do you miss it?" "...Sometimes." They would spend the next half hour staring at the piece before slowly making their way out of the museum. They do not speak about it again.

Day 28- Stop: A comic of Joan looking up at a stop sign, first neutrally, then suspicious, then ultimately confused (insert confused Malkavian noises here). Meanwhile, two friends of her off screen are talking about her. "You good, Joan?" "I, uh, think she's in that spirit trance thing again." "Again?!" "You dunno! It could be for something important!" "...With a stop sign?"

Day 29- Kiss: Selene is seen licking up the leftover blood off the neck of her most recent feed. She side eyes the viewer as her current "partner" is wrapped up in the pleasure of just being bitten.

Day 30- Touchstone(s): Three of four of our Savannah coterie's touchstones. Toji (left; boyfriend/gun-runner) and Patrick (center; bartender) look in confusion and shock towards Leon (right; depressed chef), who seems to smoke rather pathetically as his hair is curently on fire.

Day 23- Primogen: Our Tremere, Ezekiel, daydreaming about the Malkavain Primogen of Savannah, Naomi, as Arashi and Joanna look on in contempt and confusion.

Day 24- Graveyard: A bloody and disheveled Joanna looks down into an open casket in a graveyard. Inside lies the staked body of the Hecata mob member, Atlas Sinclair; his face obscured by his hat.

Day 25- Weapon: The visage of Arashi's deceased sire, Mizu, reflected in the broken blade of his original sword.

Day 26- Gary Golden: Gary from Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines staring at a skull in his hands in a rather Shakespearean pose.

Day 14- Feeding Type: The thought of feeding off of humans never seemed right to Joan. And after years of hunting with her father, she knows all too well how to find alternative food sources. Though, that doesn't mean that being the "Farmer" type is any easier... or prettier. Joanna is seen here, disheveled, coated in blood, hunched over a sweet deer laying in the middle of an open woodland area. The blood on Joan's hands now starting to stain the fur of the deer as she holds on to it's head and body.

Day 15- D'Angelo: Gianni D'Angelo: a Nosferatu detective with a penchant for smoking cigars and narrating noir-esque dialogue to himself. He made me laugh, he made me cry, and he solidified himself as Best Boy™️ of the entire New York VN series. When I saw he was one of prompts for this month, I couldn't not do something for him. He's seen here snarling at something off-screen while smoking the cigar in his hand.

Day 16- Dementation: A Malkavian's ability to take the madness they experience and inflict it upon others. I decided to go simple and make a quick graphic to represent this power, while also messing around with old glitch effects to heighten it. An image of a cracked brain stands in as the pupil of an eye. The image has been animated with glitch effects to duplicate, shake, and break the eye at times.

Day 17- Sire: What is a sire? A long intricate maze of secrets. Ezra Shepard (Malkavian) is not one to share much about himself, his real self. And his new childe, Joan, may soon know why. Ezra is seen shadowed in red, head in profile, holding up a shard of a cracked mirror; hiding the top half of his face from view. The mirror shard shows a shot of Ezra's eyes looking directly at the viewer.

Joanna, the Malkavian, happily holding a cute rat in her palms while there's an overstuffed bag of other rats and birds slung over her shoulder.

Kevin, the Nosferatu, lying splayed out on the ground as he bleeds out of his head from a particularly nasty gash. His clothes are stained and ripped, his body is covered in cuts and scratches, and his sunglasses areskewed and broken on his face. Despite his current state, he still smiles through the pain. "Worth it." Meanwhile, a rat off to the side of him looks on judgementally.

If that cute new Malkavian girl asks for some help getting an oddly large amount of rats and birds, you do whatever it takes to get it done. Concussions be damned.

Day 9- Loss. Our Hecata player character, Atlas, mourning his old flame who's been lost to time. Atlas's gloved hand holds a faded and torn photo of a woman. The top portion of the photo has been ripped off, obscuring the woman's face and possible signature.

Day 10- Bond. Even after her sire's death, Arashi still feels the grips of the old blood bond she had with him; unable to decipher what was real then, and what could be real now. Arashi stares down at a collar around her neck, gripping at it to yank it off of her. Three red strings are attached to the collar and are being tightly held by the ghost of her dead sire. He stands behind her, his back towards her, but he also looks over his shoulder at her.

Day 11- Ravnos. Indigo: a Ravnos hippie that's trying to reach enlightenment, avoid violence, and has a cute K9 familiar, Hewy. Currently, she's bumming a spot on a "new friend's" couch, Devin: the pawnshop owner who she charmed a little too hard when haggling with him.

Day 12- Toreador. Selene Whelan: the goth Toreador DJ/club runner who dabbles in pretty much anything and everything these days. She too is bumming a stay on the couch of her friend, Kevin, a pawnshop owner who has an... interesting history with Selene.

Day 5- Coterie. Grayscale cameo profile shots of our Savannah by Night Coterie/Vehme members: Ezekiel the Tremere, Arashi the Brujah, Atlas the Hecata, and Joanna the Malkavian.

Day 6- Human. Portrait of Toji Saito: the contact/touch-stone/boyfriend(?) to our Brujah player character, Arashi. Deals in supplying, modifying, and repairing guns. He is a Japanese man with a rebelious sort of look, with slicked-back hair, facial hair, circlular sunglasses, ear piercings, multiple necklaces, a partially unbuttoned shirt, and a black leather jacket.

Day 7- Thin Blood. Tattoo designs inspired by a group of Thin Blood NPCS in our game. From top to bottom: Lunch- Inspired by the Zia sun from the indigenous Zia tribe in New Mexico. The sun's rays represent the balance of 4 (four cardinal directions, four seasons of the year, four times of day, and four cycles of life), while the center of the sun represents life itself. Archie- Inspired by the concept of "Squaring the Circle": the challenge of constructing a square with the area of a given circle by using only a finite number of steps with a compass and straightedge. It serves as a metaphor for attempting to achieve the impossible, as currently the problem remains unsolvable. Mags- Inspired by the alchemical symbol for sulfur. Sulfur, also known as the "burning stone", is one of the three primes of alchemy that material substances are composed from. It represents the essence of the soul, and what defines the principle of combustibility. Lucy- An arangement of jasmine and lavendar flowers weaved around the logo. Jasmine flowers symbolize grace, humility, and simplicity, while lavender flowers symbolize purity, calmness, and protection.

Day 8- Sabbat. Portrait of the current Sabbat faction leader in Savannah, Novacell: the Tzimisce. He is ashy pale. His face is stangely angular with lines of decorative scarification covering his face and neck, and two horn-like lumps on top of his head just lying under the skin. A distressed/painted version of the Tzimisce logo sits behind his head.

Day 1- Night. Poster design for the Savannah by Night chronicle I'm playing in. The Savannah downtown skyline rests at the top as it fades into blood oozing, covering an image of the moon as it surrounds the title of the game.

Day 2- Final Death. Comic dedicated to my friend's Brujah player character, Arashi, and her final moment with her sire, Mizu. Arashi is seen in the first panel, face mostly obscurred save for her eyes, which are crying tears of blood. Her sire, Mizu, features in the second panel, face also mostly obscured save for his eyes, though his face is crackling and crumbling to dust as he looks up at Arashi. The final panel shows Arashi on her knees, head bowed low, looking at the now large ash pile of her sire on the ground, with a katana stabbed in the spot where Mizu once was.

Day 3- Embrace. My character, Joanna, being reborn as a Malkavian by the hands of her pastor, Ezra. Ezra, eyes obscured by his hair, craddles Joanna's head to his shoulder as he wipes away blood that has been pooling from her eyes and mouth with a bloody rag. Joanna looks up towards Ezra with bloody tears in her eyes. She looks disheveled and dazed, with her hair and clothes askewed and her neck bearing the fresh bite marks Ezra has left on her.

Day 4- Wraith. Another friend's Hecata player character, Atlas, and his first ever Wraith possession. Probably won't be the last. Atlas, an older man dressed in 1920s attire, stares blankly at the viewer, his mouth agape and eyes glowing pure white, as he lifts a glass of whiskey in his hand. Behind him is a blue hued wraith, staring down at Atlas and grasping his shoulder in one hand and the hand holding the glass in the other.
