I don't think I hit post yesterday, so here are the sketches with #inkvent2024 Day 21 "Ambience"
It was a little bit like Pumpkin Glow, but more red and with a nice warm chromo. Once again I didn't capture the shimmer. i think it's more evident in large pools.

One thing I‘ll is re-swatch my first inkvent calendar because I didn‘t have the right paper/experience yet.
Any other ideas/suggestions?

Day 25 of #inkvent2024 is Good Tidings! Extreme sheen fans rise up!! What a fantastic deep purple that's almost black in swatches (and will look entirely black in writing) with a green sheen. The inkvent calendars are always great, but this year was especially fantastic with all the sheening ink!

Looks like Good Tidings is an Extreme Sheen type of ink!

Day 24 of #inkvent2024 is Salted Caramel! It's another winner: a beautiful tan color with pretty gold shimmer. I even got some shading out of the tiny nib I used for this swatch (although I recommend something that takes shimmer better). This is a great choice as the calendar's penultimate ink!
Tinte Nr. 25 heißt "Good Tidings" und ist in erster Linie schwarz.

Tadaaa. Die letzte Tinte im schwarzen Kalender ist natürlich schwarz. Aber so ohne Chichi ist die Tinte wahrhaftig nicht. Sie hat einen lila Unterton und trocknet mit einem grünen Sheen auf. 😍 Rabentinte. Mein Gruftiherz macht einen Sprung.

😯 I did not expect this! Has it always been that the last ink fits the colour of the calendar?This one‘s a tricky one. Black-purple-green(?) with green-gold sheen which is barely visible because the ink is so dark.

Day 23 of #inkvent2024 is Pine Needle! It's darker and richer compared to the bright Noble Fir ink earlier this month. I love these kinds of greens! There's some nice green shimmer here, too. This looks like a great match for my dark olive Kaweco Sport. I'll have to ink it up when it's free!

A pretty and festive gold-green with sheen changing from dark blue-green to light green to gold. I like it!

Day 22 of #inkvent2024 is Nutmeg! The shimmer is a subtle but pretty gold that adds a pinch of fun to this sweet tan color. Yes, I have too many brown/tan inks, but no, I won't complain when I get another one. What's even better is that this is one of the more legible tan inks in my collection.

Now this is a rose colour I like! Beautiful shading which is great for painting with it. For writing there might be prettier choices.

Day 20 of #inkvent2024 is Potpourri! I was worried this ink would be too similar to Lullaby, but it's very different, a lovely dark, smoky purple. This is another ink I'll be using year-round. It's legible and stylish, especially when you can bring out its shading.
