34: Despite his agility in battle, he is an absolutely terrible dancer. He can just about cope with following a basic waltz if he has someone competent leading, but otherwise he is hopeless. To this day, he is amazed he didn't step on the Grand Duchess's foot at Halamshiral.

Views on Solas: On one level, he can see where Solas is coming from in wanting to restore their people to their former glory. That said, discovering that Solas is Fen'Harel shook him to his core and he doesn't think he will ever fully recover the trust they once shared.

#inquisitionspoilers: in DAI you can catch varric & hawke speaking in front of the war table room. & he says that he feels responsible & has to see it thru. interesting cuz that guilt probably motivates him more to try & stop solas while solas’s own guilt blinds him & makes him believe he CANT stop.
